Part-Time | Remote | $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Work directly with leadership in a growing, mission-driven nonprofit
• Help shape programs from the ground up
• Make a real impact in youth athletics and community engagement
• Thrive in a startup-style, collaborative environment
• Support day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate events and community initiatives
• Create and manage marketing content (social media, email, promotional materials)
• Build relationships with sponsors and community partners
• Help expand the organization’s visibility and reach
• Track project timelines and deliverables
• Provide administrative and organizational support
• Assist with sponsor and community partner outreach
• Support communication and marketing initiatives
• Ensure events and initiatives run smoothly
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, marketing, event coordination, or nonprofit administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Schedule: Part-time
• Location: Remote (with occasional evenings, weekends, and in-person events)
• Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
