Crestview’s own Jaden Voisen is the All Sports Association Male Collegiate Athlete of the Year. Jason had an amazing collegiate career with the University of South Alabama playing football for the Jaguars.
After earning honorable mention as a sophomore, Jaden was selected an All-Sun Belt First Team Defensive player in his junior and senior years.
A defensive back (safety) with a nose for finding the action, he wrapped up his senior year leading the Jaguars’ defense with a hard-hitting nine tackles including one for loss in their IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl victory in Montgomery, Alabama.
His 11 career interceptions are a South Alabama program record.
A multi-talented athlete, Jaden was a stand-out performer at Crestview High School. He amassed 26 tackles and a school-record nine interceptions in his senior year. On the offensive side of the ball, he had 39 catches for nine touchdowns and was named first-team all-state for those efforts.
He also lettered in basketball and was a member of the Crestview Bulldog state 7A championship basketball team.
